Job Vacancy – Cricket Coach
Bridlington Cricket Foundation has a current job vacancy to recruit a Community Cricket Coach to join our team to work across the Bridlington area.
Job Summary
You will plan, deliver and monitor high-quality cricket coaching programmes in sports and community venues across Bridlington and surrounding areas, increasing participation among players of all abilities and genders. The role requires an energetic and enthusiastic individual who has a passion to support and develop the game, working with multiple partners and organisations. The role combines coaching and development work and will be responsible for engaging with participants of all ages.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have the following experience/skill/qualities:
• Level 2 or Core/ Foundation ECB Coaching Qualification or equivalent qualification
• ECB trained activator (desire)
• Experience coaching children of different abilities
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Strong communicator who works well in a team
• Ability to learn quickly and a ‘can do’ attitude
• Good time management skills
• Ability to use their initiative
• Full driving licence and access to own transport
• This role will involve some evening and weekend working.
• Satisfactory ECB DBS Check, right to work in the United Kingdom, safeguarding and first Aid qualifications
