Our Trustees
Our Trustees are volunteers who have overall legal responsibility for Bridlington Cricket Foundation’s work and direction. Trustees act collectively to govern the charity and make decisions. Our Trustee board includes local people from different backgrounds with a variety of skills and a wide range of experience, who generously donate their time to the charity.
Trustees are responsible for;
- Determining the mission, values, and long-term ambitious vision for the Foundation
- Deciding the principles that guide Foundation policies and approving key policies.
- Ensuing that stakeholders are involved, consulted, and informed as appropriate.
- Taking ownership of the Foundation’s financial sustainability and ensuring effective resource management across the Foundation.
- Agreeing that the Foundation’s staffing structure and keeping it under review to ensure it supports delivery of the strategy.
- Ensuring robust risk management policy and procedures are in place and that risk control measures are appropriate and effective.
