This is a course that introduces the basics of first aid. It is ideal for anyone who has not done first aid before or people needing to update their skills. The course is a mixture of theory and practice providing a lively learning environment. The course can be tailored to suit the group’s needs, for example if the course is delivered for lunchtime supervisors there can be a greater emphasis on playground related incidents. This course is recognised by National Governing Bodies, Schools etc e.g. ECB, so is ideal for cricket coaches and other volunteers.

Your Emergency First Aid certificate will be awarded on the day, and is valid for 3 years.
Our Emergency First Aid for Sports courses will give you thorough training in sports related injuries and emergencies, such as asthma, bleeding and the recovery position. You will gain a First Aid certificate valid for three years, as well as the confidence and skills to be able to deliver First Aid in an emergency.
For those needing a fully accredited EFAW (Emergency First Aid at Work) qualification, we also offer 6 hour accredited courses which offer specific training on sporting injuries. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a Qualsafe qualification valid for three years.
