How it works

Fundraising?

Fundraising for a organisation is a fantastic platform to raise awareness about the needs of people both locally and nationally.

Your contributions will ensure that we are able to invest even more in to offering our projects, activities and holiday schemes to local young people in the most deprived communities.

Every penny raised will provide vital funds to continue our youth provisions and introduce more dynamic programmes to engage our members.

Whatever you decide to do for your fundraising initiative, whether it is running a marathon, holding a face painting stall or even a bake sale we will love to help.

This is the ideal opportunity to get creative, have fun and make a lasting difference!

Guidelines for Fundraising With Us

All fundraising is legal and safe

It is important that all fundraising activities carried out on our behalf are conducted in a legal and safe manner. Please ensure that any events or activities you organise comply with all relevant laws and regulations, and that the safety and wellbeing of participants, volunteers, and members of the public are always prioritised.

Do not use our logo without contacting us first

Our logo is an important part of our charity’s identity and must not be used on any materials, platforms, or communications without prior approval from us. Please get in touch before using our branding to ensure it is reproduced correctly and in an appropriate context.

Collect money on the street or door-to-door

For legal and safety reasons, we ask that you do not collect cash donations by approaching members of the public on the street or by visiting people door-to-door. This type of collection requires specific licences and permissions, and unauthorised street or door-to-door collections can also damage the reputation of the charity.

We are paid in full

All funds raised on behalf of the charity must be passed on in full, without any deductions for personal expenses or costs unless these have been agreed with us in advance. Transparency and accountability are vital to maintaining the trust of our donors and supporters.
